GAMSYS Technologies - Sales Trainer (2-5 yrs)
- Conduct training sessions for clients to educate them about our company's products and services, highlighting their features, benefits, and applications.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and documentation to support the training process and ensure consistent delivery of information.
- Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns regarding our products and services.
- Actively engage in sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship building.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively present and promote them to potential clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure their satisfaction, address any issues, and upsell additional products or services as needed.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, including activity reports, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify market trends, and gather feedback on customer needs and preferences.
