We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

- The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy

- The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.

- Plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals

- Build process and funnel for top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion

- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing

- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.) Search for new client leads.

- Manage relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)

- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Skills :

- Sales experience of upto 9 years

- Preferably from Sports Infra/Real Estate background.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
