Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Preferred Skills: Inside Sales, Target oriented, Experience in generating sales for eCommerce platforms like Magento, Shopify, Bigcommerce, Business presentation, Proposal writing, understanding of Sales life-cycle from nurturing leads to sales closure, Problem solving & CRM skills.
Qualification: Any Graduate with relevant experience and excellent written and oral communication skills and a passion for Sales.
Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities for Ecommerce Sales through inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Proposal writing & formatting
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territories and channels
Requirements :
- Proven inside-sales experience
- Hands-on experience in writing a series of email copies that leads to action
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Impeccable spelling and grammar
- Basic understanding of web & mobile app development frameworks
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle stages
- Great research, organizational, and learning skills
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with CRM and lead management tools
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Soft Skills :
- Must be a good team player
- Be comfortable with change and iterations
