Gaian Solutions - Manager - Business Development (5-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions.
- Identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing relevant companies for either partner potential og direct business
- Schedule discovery calls for our sales team & Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure.
- Significant product marketing and development experience with Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles
- Be proficient at using a sales development platform to execute the outreach process consisting of phone, email, and social touches.
- Engage with prospects and demonstrate our SaaS product.
- Ability to speak with CEOs, CFOs, Logistics Heads, Supply chain Heads, IT Heads, Business Heads, Controllers at early stage and growth businesses and ask intelligent questions.
Excellent written & verbal communication & Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment.
- Having managed business development in B2B2C domain.
Key Skills & Behavior :
- 4-7 Years of sales development experience in PaaS Industry & understanding of Product/PaaS space.
- Understand the basic features of a product, competitors, potential customers, usage, benefits and application.
- Active listening skills with rapport building techniques is must.

- Experience in selling IT or SaaS products/services to the US market.
- Previous experience in a target-driven sales environment.
- Knowledge of additional sales tools and platforms.
