Gaffaw - Customer Support Role (0-2 yrs)
Role Description :
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative. He/She will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- This position will be located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work for 1 or 2 days a week.
Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and active listening
- Experience in Customer Support
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction Metrics
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus
- This job is Outbound Seller/Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding.
- Salary will be anywhere between 8000 to 12000. It is 5.5 days of work. A salary hike will be based on Performance & after 3 months of probation period. Apply wisely!
