GABBARdeals - Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

- The Business Development Manager at Gabbardeals.com will facilitate assigned responsibilities by serving as a liaison between organization and Gabbardeals partner, setting and communicating goals, and evaluating and refining results. He/she will be responsible for end-to-end development in assigned verticals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to :

- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.

- Responsible for the launch and development of the franchisee as per the agreed terms and conditions.

- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the management.

- Researching and understanding the specific issues and challenges being faced by franchise owners and solving them.

- Collaborates with business staff to thoroughly understand the needs to be supported by the information systems and technology.

- Provides recommendations regarding the evolution of market

- Responds to inquiries and provides advice to the Gabbardeals partner regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.

- Maintains and ensures proper documentation.

- Ensure that the franchise is in compliance with legal and statutory policies and procedures.

- Identifying areas for expansion and development.

- Identify, select and meet with prospective and existing Franchise owners to promote and sell the services of the company with integrity and professionalism.

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Achieve specific goals, objectives and targets as agreed from time to time.

- Managing and retaining relationships with existing franchise owners.

- Works closely with the management on strategic initiatives to achieve goals about Franchise Development.

- Able to build awareness in respective territories for the brands represented.

Required Skills/Abilities :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Store partner & channel management, distribution handling experience is preferred.

- Collaboration, Negotiation & Persuasion Skills.

- Conflict resolution. Proactive problem solving, solutions oriented.

- Able to travel and conduct market visits with prospects franchise owners, as necessary.

- Must be able to speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brands and business.

- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines and comfortable in a target-oriented environment.

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Two to five years of mobile retail experience would be plus.
