We are looking for a Candidates for the customer care representatives

Eligibility Criteria: Freshers/Experienced candidates

Excellent English communication skills & Kannada is mandatory.

Qualification : Any Graduate/10+2/10+3/10+2+3/Post Grads

Shift :General Shift (Purely Day Shift)

Job role: Giving information to the Customer about customer concern

Job type: Target basis inbound process/Outbound process

Job Description:

1.Respond to customer enquiries in an inbound/outbound call centre environment.

Strive towards first call resolution.

Support international customers through inbound & outbound processes.

Provide support and assistance over the telephone in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.

Make client feel that they have received the best service at all times.

Possess good knowledge of the organisations products and processes.

Maintain TAT for all calls

2. Adherence to company norms policies and procedures. Adhere to call scripts and bank policy/ procedures.

Prepare daily reports.

Meet all performance standards set by the organisation.

Strive towards attaining higher levels of efficiency and quality performance levels..

3. Work on process improvement projects and initiatives. Undertake process improvement initiatives. Maintain adequate product and call handling expertise to perform the job efficiently work towards developing sound understanding of work environment and deliverable.

4. Help and guide new hires and junior CSRs to perform their role well. Assist CSRs with questions concerning real time customer inquiries. Assist with transition of new representatives.

Provide team support during Managers absence when requested. Assist Managers with monitoring/ mentoring of the CSRs. Train CSRs with fast call closures techniques Reduce ACT( average call time). Handle irate/abusive customers

Remuneration: Upto 20k CTC + Incentives (10k)
