We are looking for an organized Sales executive to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products/Services and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. To be a successful sales executive, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed sales targets.

- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.

- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.

- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.

- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.

- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.

- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

- Understand your customer's requirement and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.

- Increase sales of the business

- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.

- Have a good understanding of the Information Technology businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them

- Ensure staff are on board throughout the organization and understand the need for change and what is required of them.

Qualifications:

- MBA Freshers OR carrying sales experience.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
