1.Outreach and Lead Generation
- Conduct daily outreach to potential clients via emails, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
- Identify and qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's target audience and goals.
- Create, maintain and update the lead database with accurate and relevant information.
2. Meeting Scheduling
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified HOF leads and the pre-sales/sales team.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads to confirm meetings and provide necessary details.
3. Audience Interaction
- Engage with the audience on social media, forums, and other online platforms to promote HOF
- Respond to inquiries and messages promptly and professionally.
4. Support for Humans of Fuzia Operations
- Assist in organizing and managing interview links for Humans of Fuzia. Ensure it reaches the interviewee in time.
- Coordinate with interviewees to schedule pre-interview calls and actual interviews.
- Ensure all necessary forms are filled. Follow up for filling the forms.
- Help in sharing the interview content with SMM team
5. Reporting and Analysis
Track and report on outreach and engagement metrics.
- Provide regular updates on the status of lead generation and meeting scheduling efforts.
- Analyze the effectiveness of outreach strategies and suggest improvements.
6. Continuous Learning and Development
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in inside sales and customer engagement.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
7. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive strategies and goals.
-Provide support and assistance to team members as needed.
