Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation for Pre-Sales and Clients
- Objective: Generate qualified leads through various channels including but not limited to market research, cold calling, networking, and digital marketing efforts.
- KPI: Number of qualified leads generated monthly, conversion rate of leads to opportunities.
- Training and Conducting HOF (Hall of Fame) Meetings
- Objective: Undergo comprehensive training to understand the process and eventually take the lead in conducting HOF meetings independently.
- KPI: Completion of training within a specified timeframe, successful independent conduction of HOF meetings, feedback from participants.
- Innovating and Expanding Pre-Sales Lead Generation Efforts
- Objective: Develop and implement new strategies to enhance lead generation efforts, focusing on innovative approaches that align with business goals.
- KPI: Introduction of new lead generation methods, impact on lead volume and quality, measurable growth in business opportunities.
- Participation in Client and In-House Meetings
- Objective: Actively participate in client meetings and internal meetings as needed, contributing valuable insights and supporting the sales process.
- KPI: Regular attendance, contributions made during meetings, feedback from team and clients.
- Contribution to Team Activities and Overall Growth
- Objective: Engage in all team activities, collaborate with team members, and contribute to the overall growth of the department.
- KPI: Participation in team activities, collaborative projects completed, measurable impact on team performance.
- Weekly Publishing of HOF Stories
- Objective: Consistently publish high-quality HOF stories on a weekly basis, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with brand messaging.
- KPI: Timely publication of stories, quality and engagement metrics, feedback from readers.
