Future Retail - Store Manager - Retail Sales (8-10 yrs)
Store Manager
- Manage end to end store operations.
- Responsible for the PnL.
- Delineate and achieve sales and expenditure budget.
- Plan and achieve margins to achieve bottom line.
- Ensure the prevalence of a high degree of hygiene, staff grooming, customer satisfaction and VM standards in the given stores.
- Develop a system to control pilferage/shoplifting and ensure adherence with the same.
- Maintain optimum stock level in all departments.
- Coordinate with the category management team to ensure the proper running of the schemes and offer.
- Coordinate with marketing departments at ZO for implementing marketing strategies.
- Competition mapping activities.
- Train, guide, supervise and develop the sales force to achieve the target.
- Ensure adherence to all SOPs in the stores.
- Develop new avenues for promoting business.
- Facilitate change management.
- Liaison with various govt. Bodies for statutory requirements and institutions for bulk sales.
- Maintain process for Damaged/Defective stocks.
- Increase in ticket size.
- Adherence to product display/MPM standards.
- Control Shrinkage.
- Maintain Low Employee Attrition.
- Net Margins/Markdowns.
