Future Group - Channel Sales Role - Ayurvedic Nutraceuticals (2-7 yrs)

This opportunity is for an Ayurvedic Nutraceuticals D2C brand backed by Future Group promoters.

As the Channel Sales Specialist, you will be part of the founding team setting up the processes, tools and communication that will ensure that every product launched has an enormous impact on the customers and the market.

Responsibilities :

- Managing channel partners and collaborating with them to ensure healthy ROI

- Planning with the team to execute channel expansion and new expansion

- Driving channel sales to achieve business targets

- Taking process improvement initiatives around sales process, distribution and operations

- Create, Communicate and Review demand forecast and supply plan for sales

- Building market strategy to generate higher revenue and locate the gap and opportunity area and getting the plan executed

- Review business and analyze daily reports to identify opportunities to improve business

- In market selling to Distributors and delivery of monthly priorities

- Clear understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning

- Strong analytical skills, creating and delivering data-driven plans

The ideal candidate will have :

- Graduate / Post Graduate with 2-4 years work experience in Channel Sales

- Experience in working with multi-functional teams

- Experience in FMCG / Retail /D2C brands is preferred

- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or senior leadership

- Value creation through Negotiation, questioning and objection handling

- Experience in Market Research will be preferred
