Job Summary : 

- Looking for a Sales Manager who would be responsible for sale of all the General Insurance products through Agency Channel or by Recruiting Agents.

- Need strong background in Agency Development/Agent Recruitment who can achieve anything in given period of time.

- Having deep knowledge of General Insurance Products and sale of same products.

Responsibilities and Duties : 

1.Managing and growing the channel

2. Recruitement of Sales Officers ensuring the individual target of the team members are met

3. Ensure the agent activation and the agent productivity for the Team

4. Owner of the P&L - Maintaining the operations in cost given and ensuring the critical parameters are in line

5. Responsible for achieving the top line agent activation and productivity

6. Provide end to end solutions to agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met. Nil service esclations

7. Cordination with the various deparments for the approvals and smooth issuance of the Proposal

8. Nil Discripancy

9. Conducting Periodic training sessions for team members

10. Ensuring renewal targets are achieved

11. Key account management - develop and manage the Key accounts

Required Experience and Qualifications

- Must be Graduate from any stream.

- Working in General Insurance or worked in General Insurance.

- Strong sales experience in Insurance Industry.

- Having strong knowledge of Agent Recruitment.
