Job Title: Sales Manager- Agency

Purpose of Role: Recruit Agents and Source Business for the Company.

Main Areas of responsibility: His/her primary responsibility is to drive Insurance Sales through agents hired.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan.

2. Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan.

3. Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan.

4. Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers.

5. Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis.

6. Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis.

7. Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on an ongoing basis.

Decision Scope:

To provide correct and complete information on products to all customers that will help transparency and smooth sale of the business. This will ensure that the channel will remain competitive and successful.
