- Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for demand generation, lead qualification and database management with experience in list sourcing, B2B sales, large account/enterprise management, C-level contact & relationship management. FuteMind Sales team is looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative to guide sales activities within our more strategic, high-growth accounts in the non-named territory.

- In this role, you'll be assigned a specific territory and be responsible for uncovering, nurturing, progressing, and closing new sales opportunities for our entire product portfolio.

- You will sell our innovative solutions to businesses ready to adopt more open source as they modernize their IT, and introduce new customers to the many ways FuteMind technologies can give them a competitive advantage.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Sell directly and through channel partners to non-named accounts

- Call on prospective customers and identify potential opportunities with partners

- Create and guide account plans with internal channel sales account managers and relevant partners to accelerate product sales

- Manage the sales pipeline, including renewals and new business

- Provide technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and quotes on appropriate customer prices

- Manage forecasts, help partners close deals, and track customer opportunities using company-standard CRM tools

- Field phone calls from prospective and existing customers and partners

- Grow existing partner relationships and promote sales programs developed for and with partners

- Accountable for managing medium and large enterprises to develop demand and leads in terms of new business opportunities

- Hunt for large enterprise accounts and contacts, generate demand and create a funnel of sales qualified leads for business development teams

- Perform online product or solution demos on WebEx along with other cross functional teams

- Provide weekly, fortnightly and monthly forecast on marketing/sales qualified leads

- Update the CRM System on regular basis with updated and correct target/account and funnel information. Experience working with CRM will be an advantage

- Generate qualified appointments/meetings/demos with target prospects through phone calls, emails, internet research

- Execute cold calls and build leads through research where contact data is not available

- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads in SFDC and provide update on a weekly basis

- Log all activities accurately within SFDC

- Work with marketing and sales stakeholders to help drive incremental revenue

- Maintain up to date knowledge about Cloud Lending's competitive positioning in the marketplace

- Help in setting meetings for sales at events/tradeshows

Profile Requirements :

- 4-7 years of experience in selling software / IT technical solutions/Enterprise/SMB B2B product/solutions sales

- Proven team player, proactive, organized and very importantly a calm mind under pressure

- Hunter who can reach all levels of the organization

- Software or SaaS sales experience

- Excellent communication skills- able to translate technical terms into solutions

- We are looking for people who are passionate about Inside sales and are self-driven

- This role has the potential to scale up to a higher degree of responsibility and as such we are looking for someone with a high level of accountability and ownership

Pipeline Management :

- Experience with Customer Tracking Software

- Experience with Lead Generation and Lead qualification Best Practices

- Good writing and communication skills

- Demand and Lead Generation and partner Management.

- C-level contact & relationship management (CHROs/CMOs/CXOs)

- Source, Develop and Manage - Database and Lists

- Bachelor Degree, Major in Computer Science or technical equivalent a plus
