Responsibilities and Duties

1. Define the social media strategy for FSM (Furtados School of Music):

a. Manage a weekly / monthly social media marketing plan

b. Own & track the key metrics across all online properties.

2. Drive engagement with the key customer segments across online properties- website, blogs, facebook, twitter, instagram etc. for FSM

a. Understand social media channels and how to operate them

b. Track their effectiveness and impact

3. Create & adapt content for each specific network

a. Create relevant content for the above; which includes:

i. Blog creation, writing

ii. Working with agency to develop relevant images, eMailers,newsletters

b. Curate content for the above and distribute as per defined plan

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Professional communication skills

- Copywriting, design, positioning, creativity

- Planning & execution - with attention to detail

- Analytic- for data based decision making
