Furtados School of Music - Senior Manager - Sales & Business Development (8-12 yrs)
Furtados School of Music was established in 2011 with a vision to spread quality music education and make it universally accessible. We operate through various business models B2B & B2C like Music in Schools, Music is Fun, Centres of Excellence, High Furtados and have recently launched our online platform FSM Buddy.
We're working to be the most trusted and innovative music learning proposition in the market and to get there we are looking for a senior business development resource to grow and lead work with supporting functional teams, our CEO and execute the business strategy PAN India.
The role will entail:
- Responsible for setting the business vision and strategy.
- Develop and Deliver the business plan by researching on the market, the competitive landscape, internal and external user feedback and presenting product concepts.
- Lead the business development & deliver sales targets via retail and institutional channels
- Execute the product delivery on ground: Ensuring that key feedback and customer requests are seamlessly integrated into product planning and development processes.
- Establish Strategic Partnerships with various Institutions - Music Schools, K-12 Schools, Pre Schools, Clubs, Corporates, etc.
- Lead a cross functional in house team execute the product on the ground
- Managing school relationships, events, reports, and parent interactions. In addition to meeting up with new schools; ensuring retention of existing schools and students is critical.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Any other Business role/job as requested by the management under the skill set of the Business Development role.
This role will report directly to the CEO.
