We are looking for an upbeat BDE for inside sales who will contribute towards scaling our business to newer heights. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the most trusted names in the music education industry and one that is differentiated from the larger market.

Required Experience & Skills :

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Min. 1.5-2 years experience in B2C sales

- Self driven & hardworking

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Making cold calls and ensuring you meet atleast 4 hrs+ TT/150+calls

- Arranging Demos and Converting demos to Enrollments, Raising Invoices

- Achieving daily, weekly & monthly goals

- Maintaining MIS of calls made, demos arranged, conversions done and managing the CRM

- Providing required customer & sales support
