Furlenco - Executive - Sales (1-4 yrs)
Furlenco is looking for someone who understands how to establish, maintain, and develop relationships with our customers. The role will allow you the opportunity to generate revenue for Furlenco through current and new customers on the phone.
We at Furlenco pride ourselves in providing Customer Delight and our Sales team adopts a consultative approach to understand the customer needs rather than just blind - selling- to the customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for growing Furlenco's client base and revenue through new and existing customers
- You will be given the responsibility to handle any of the three areas: Inside Sales Team/Upsell Team/Tele-Sales.
- Inside Sales :
- The responsibility will require you to connect with fresh customers. You will only be reaching out to qualified leads and no cold calling will be involved.
- Upsell :
- Upsell Team reaches out to our existing customer base. Your success will be measured on your upselling skills and the revenue generated from additional products rented by the existing customer.
- Tele Sales :
- Employees in tele sales will be closely working with our Broker Sales Team.
You will be responsible for building a database of real estate brokers through market research. You will be interacting both with our real estate channel partners as well as non-qualified leads (customers). Your success will be on positive conversion of customers.
