Furlenco - Executive - Business Development (0-6 yrs)
Furlenco is looking for smart, aggressive, enthusiastic and a self-motivated male candidate to join their Channel Sales Team. The role will allow you the opportunity to represent our brand and be the face of Furlenco to our new customers and channel partners.
The Channel Sales team is responsible for customer acquisition by building a strong broker network who passes on leads of potential customers. In the last year since its launch, the Channel Sales team has done extremely well and contributes to 30-40% of overall Furlenco's revenue and growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for growing Furlenco's customer base through the real estate broker channel
- The role can be divided into three major segments: Market Research, Business Development and Sales
Market Research :
- Identify, build a strong network of real estate brokers of an allocated area and develop partnerships with them
Business Development :
- Regularly visiting the channel partners, new and old, to build a strong network
- Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of your channel partners.
- Interact with the leads on call to convert.
