Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role as an Corporate Sales Representative located in Bengaluru. As an Corporate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients and providing them with FunctionUp's portfolio of products and services. Your daily tasks will include cold-calling, targeted email campaigns, and networking at industry events. You will work closely with other members of the sales team to develop new leads, maintain relationships with current clients, and hit revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with corporates.

- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth through partnerships with B2B clients.

- Identify and prospect potential business partners, establish contact, and build strong relationships.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of our partners.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

- Track and report on sales performance and partnership metrics to management.

- Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.

- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote our partnership program.

- Developing a huge number of networks with the Enterprise and Start-up accounts using LinkedIn as the main tool and building networks in other ways.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

- 0 to 1 years of experience in enterprise software sales and business development

- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute successful sales strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven track record of driving results

- Experience with CRM software and account management techniques

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
