Business Development (BD) Specialist - Fast Growth MediaTech Startup (2-10 yrs) - Not Remote

We are looking for a full-time, dynamic Business Development Manager, who would be required to travel across Delhi NCR to meet prospects/clients. We are building a revolutionary product that will transform the way information is consumed in India.

You would :

- Help the team achieve partnership/sales targets (both at team level and personal level) and build long-lasting relationships with partners/ clients

- Interact with key decision-makers to increase the visibility and business of the company. Be ready to meet people across levels.

- Own end-to-end BD process - identifying new segments/partners, negotiation and account management

- Think creatively about new ways to build brand awareness among partners and drive revenue

- Be a product advocate and feed insights and client feedback to the product team for continuous development

Skills required :

- 3+ years experience in an aggregator type B2B BD/ Sales/Acc. Mgmt. role (E-commerce/ Publishing House experience preferred).

- Strong understanding of best practices in B2B sales - from building awareness, nurturing, and up-selling accounts

- Can adhere to strict deadline-driven targets

- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, esp. English and Hindi.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, like building strong long term relationships with partners

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher preferred. Startup experience preferred.

Compensation will be negotiated after the interview.

Co-Founders are IIM alumni and seasoned consulting, start-up and strategy professionals with experience in Tier-1 companies like Big4, Parthenon, Cult.Fit and S&P.
