- To support our existing customers and secondary to acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional projects and accounts by developing relationships with owners.
- Project Sales Engineer sells projects for HVAC and MEP.
- Develop sales leads, qualify prospects and make sales calls.
- Propose consultative sales solutions to meet the customers- needs.
- Negotiate, estimate, bid, propose and close contracts at qualified margins.
- Project Sales Engineers perform complete and quality turnovers with project management after sales to support a successful job completion that meets scope definition and projected gross margins and customer expectations.
