Job Description :

- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Organic Lead Generator to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients within our target market. In addition to identifying leads, the Organic Lead Generator will play a crucial role in initiating contact, nurturing relationships, and ultimately setting appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities :

1. LinkedIn Sales Navigator Utilization :

- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential leads within the defined target market.

- Create and manage targeted searches to identify key decision-makers and influencers.

2. Lead Generation :

- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate organic leads through personalized outreach on LinkedIn.

- Craft compelling messages to initiate conversations and capture the interest of potential clients.

3. Relationship Building :

- Build and maintain relationships with leads through regular communication and engagement on LinkedIn.

- Utilize social selling techniques to position our company as a valuable resource within the industry.

4. Appointment Setting :

- Engage with leads to understand their needs and pain points.

- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified and interested leads.

5. Reporting and Analytics :

- Keep detailed records of lead interactions and maintain an organized database.

- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including key metrics and performance indicators.

6. Collaboration :

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a consistent brand message.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in organic lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Excellent understanding of social selling techniques and best practices.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to engage and build relationships with decision-makers and influencers.

- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and systems.

- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

- Previous experience in appointment setting is a plus.
