We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Lead Generator to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads of global clients within the B2B segment. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales lead generation and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and prospect potential clients within the B2B segment to generate leads.

- Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, to establish contact with decision-makers.

- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in Sales Lead Generation, preferably in the B2B segment.

- Proven track record of success in prospecting and generating high-quality leads.

- Strong cold calling skills with the ability to engage & persuade potential clients.

- Experience using Sales Navigator or similar tools for lead generation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Workdays : 6 days workweek from Gurugram office.
