FuelBuddy - Corporate Sales Role (2-7 yrs)

FuelBuddy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join as the Corporate Sales - New Client Acquisition. This role is crucial to our expansion plans, and we are looking for a person who can drive business growth in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies :

- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies for acquiring new clients in the designated city.

- Identify and pursue business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Build, track, and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.

- Target achievement of overall sales of the region

- Maintaining performance through input KPIs daily.

- Build a pipeline for upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts

Client Relationship Management :

- Build new and nurture strong relationships with clients in the city to enable growth and achieve revenue objectives.

- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

- Understand customer requirements and articulate problem statements so as to help pitch/ build the right product.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Reporting :

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients.

- Proven track record of launching & establishing cities and making them profitable.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Results-driven mindset with a strong business acumen.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

Workdays: 6 days workweek

Willing to travel extensively
