Associate General Manager - Franchise Creation & Development

- We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our Franchise Creation & Management team. This role involves strategic leadership in expanding and managing our franchise network, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong relationships with franchisees.

Responsibilities :

Franchise Creation :

- Finding new opportunities for expansion or identifying potential new franchise concepts. This involves researching market conditions, analyzing financial data, and conducting interviews with potential franchisees.

Franchise Development :

- Spearhead the development and execution of the franchise expansion strategy.

- Identify potential franchise partners and assess market opportunities for growth.

Franchise Onboarding :

- Lead the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring a seamless transition.

- Provide comprehensive training programs to franchise partners on brand standards and operational procedures.

Operational Excellence :

- Oversee and ensure adherence to operational standards across all franchise locations.

- Implement processes to optimize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Franchise Relationship Management :

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative partnership.

Performance Analysis :

- Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of franchise locations.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve underperforming franchises.

Brand Compliance :

- Ensure consistent brand representation and compliance with company standards.

- Conduct regular audits to guarantee adherence to brand guidelines.

Market Research :

- Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.

- Provide insights and recommendations for adapting franchise strategies based on market dynamics.

Experience & Skills Required :

- 5 - 6 years of proven experience in franchise development and management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

- Total 10 - 12 years.

- Proven experience in creating and executing successful franchise strategies.

- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in financial analysis and performance metrics.

- Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.

Travel : Frequent travel for franchise development and management activities.
