We are looking for talented and aggressive individuals to lead our Business development vertical through driving alliances and partnership for the Company. The person should be able to create compelling business value propositions for our stakeholders through - giving programs- and ensure precision on executing them. This position requires a high level of hustle, relationship management skills, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to drive the business strategy. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines. At the end of the day you will drive both social change and help fund innovations and creative ideas come to life. That should be a key motivating factor for anyone who has this role as it's a very meaningful outcome to what you do.

Role and responsibilities : 

The role is responsible for achieving growth and hitting quarterly and annual revenue numbers. The person is expected to lead revenue and growth for the region and ensure that there is 100% customer satisfaction. This will be an independent role initially. Over a span of 6 months, depending upon the growth there should be a requirement to build a team to continue to deliver results.

Specific responsibilities include :

- Mapping revenue channels and growth plan for the region which would involve identifying, qualifying and developing opportunities to sell a breadth of our services and solutions.

- Setting up and leading city wide alliances and partnerships across various stakeholders leveraging past relationships

- Continuously developing and monitoring the growth pipeline to meet revenue target deadlines.

- Building and establishing a strong network of NGO & Institutional Partners across the region and helps them scale through right mentoring, relationship skills and providing guidance on a continuous basis.

- Collaborating with cross functional teams to execute campaigns with precision.

- Handle external and internal communications with partners as neede

Desired domain experience:

- Graduate/ Post graduate in Management

- 6-12 years of relevant work experience in sales, networking and business partnering

- Experience in handling P & L and Customer facing role is mandatory

- Experience handling key accounts, alliances and partnerships in B2B sales, preferably from Media, Advertising, Edutech

Reporting:

Direct reporting to : Business Head
