Job Description : Performance Marketing Specialist

Position Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns, specifically focusing on Google Ads and Social Media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating high-quality leads, creating brand awareness, and running successful brand campaigns across various industries, including Real Estate, Education, IT SaaS, CRM, FMCG, Manufacturing, Furniture, Interior, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Strategy and Execution :

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Video campaigns, to maximize lead generation and brand visibility.

- Plan, implement, and monitor paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

Lead Generation and Conversion :

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to define target audience profiles and refine campaign messaging to drive lead generation.

- Implement effective landing page strategies to enhance conversion rates and capture high-quality leads.

Analytics and Reporting :

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.

- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, showcasing campaign performance, optimizations, and actionable recommendations.

Budget Management :

- Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) and allocate resources optimally across platforms.

A/B Testing and Optimization :

- Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting options, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continually improve results.

- Implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign performance, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per lead.

Industry and Market Research :

- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Conduct thorough research on target industries (Real Estate, Education, IT SaaS, CRM, FMCG, Manufacturing, Furniture, Interior, etc.) to tailor campaigns accordingly.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and creative execution across campaigns.

- Communicate campaign strategies, progress, and results effectively to internal stakeholders.

Brand Awareness and Engagement :

- Design and execute brand-focused campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and recognition in the market.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus.

- 3-6 years of demonstrated experience in Performance Marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Social Media campaigns.

- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving results in diverse industries, including Real Estate, Education, IT SaaS, CRM, FMCG, Manufacturing, Furniture, Interior, etc.

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative campaign ideas.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
