We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and achieve corporate marketing goals. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Social Media Manager will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, monitor social media accounts, analyze trends, and interact with our online community.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with corporate marketing goals.

- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends, presenting insights and recommendations to management and executive teams.

- Monitor company social media accounts, engaging with users and fostering positive interactions.

- Establish methods for identifying and archiving online customer reviews, leveraging feedback to inform marketing strategies.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of the company's social media strategy, providing quarterly reports to management and executive teams with actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience of at least 1 year in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms and their respective best practices.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and interact effectively with online communities.

- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience working in a corporate marketing environment.

- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
