Roles and Responsibilities:

- Acquisition of clients from the open market for unsecured Business loans.

- Identify and establish contact with potential clients proactively through phone/field visit prospecting and lead follow up.

- Proven track record in building a strong pipeline, closing business and exceeding quota.

- Develop new client sales and aggressively and systematically move them through the sales process from lead to close

- Maintain contact with new and existing clients to deliver results customer satisfaction and generate business.

- Document all sales activities, including activity, contacts, opportunities, etc.

- Meet and exceed sales revenue targets and accomplish corporate objectives

- All other duties assigned by management.

- Manage a team of TSO.

- Manage attrition and team productivity.

- MIS management
