Job Description:

We are looking for a "Digital Marketing Manager - Telesales" who can lead the team of More then 20+ tele callers. As a leader youwill be managing the end to end operations of the tele calling set up.

- You will supervise, manage and motivate the team members & get the desired result from the team.

- You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration within the team. As a disciplined process owner, skills like Communication, Training & Development, Performance assessment are must.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for achieving daily, weekly & monthly targets.

- Create winning attitude in the team.

- SWOT analysis of team members.

- Weekly performance update & forecasting.

- Coaching & mentoring team members. Extract best out of them.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring high quality customer service and effectively handling customer complaints.

Requirements:

- Should be a graduate with at least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing in Any loans segment.

- Experience of leading the team of More then 20+ tele callers.

- Ability to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities

- High levels of motivation, energy & drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved

- Should be having Strong verbal and written Communication Skills.

- Expert in MS Office especially MS Excel & PowerPoint.

- Organizational and Leadership skills.
