Job Description :

We are looking for a - Manager - Telesales- who can lead the team of 20+ tele callers. As a leader, you will be managing the end-to-end operations of the tele-calling setup. You will supervise, manage and motivate the team members & get the desired result from the team. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration within the team. As a disciplined process owner, skills like Communication, Training & Development, and Performance assessment are a must.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for achieving daily, weekly & monthly targets.

- Create a winning attitude in the team.

- SWOT analysis of team members.

- Weekly performance updates & forecasting.

- Coaching & mentoring team members. Extract the best out of them.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality customer service and effectively handling customer complaints.

Requirements :

- 07 + years of Tele Sales experience in the finance Industry

- Strong verbal and written Communication Skills.

- Expert in MS Office especially MS Excel & PowerPoint.

- Organizational and Leadership skills.

- Experience in leading a team of 20+ tele callers.

- Tele-calling experience in the finance industry will be added advantage.
