Roles :

New Business :

- To build new relationships and engage at a granular level with industry executives on topics of critical importance to their businesses

- Identify and engage with senior industry leaders within the Corporate segment to develop new relationships and grow existing business relationships

- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts

Existing Business :

- Collaborate with colleagues - sales, marketing, research, finance, technology - to solve complex business issues

- Understand prospect's requirements, conduct preliminary market research, and discuss findings with the team

- Follow up with clients and overcome objections of prospective customers

- Upsell product/service features and benefits, create proposals, discuss credit terms and watch over end to end deal closure

- Plan, promote and oversee new marketing initiatives with the ability to articulate the company's brand and value proposition

- Track company's revenue growth and create strategies for the same

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Desired Skills :

- Demonstrated an ability to make consultative enterprise-level sales to corporate/industrial clients

- A clear track record of excellence in several categories, including teamwork, professionalism, communication, organization and client service

- Target oriented with a passionate drive to build new business relationships

- Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an evolving industry landscape

- Excellent research and presentation abilities

- Quick turnover in market research and translating it into relevant data

- Highest integrity and professionalism in all the endeavours

- Ability to work individually and as part of a team

- Demonstrated an ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time

What you will need :

- Bachelor's Degree or above is required

- 1+ years of experience as an individual contributor in business development, sales executive or any relevant role

- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of productivity tools and softwares

- High attention to detail and focus on fact-based decision making
