Job Description :

- We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a BCom graduate with 2-4 years of experience in accounts or counter operations. As a CRE, you will play a crucial role in our organization by managing counter operations, engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities :

Counter Operations :


- Efficiently manage counter operations to provide a seamless customer experience.

- Handle inquiries, transactions, and requests from customers at the counter.

Software Management :

- Utilize software tools and systems to perform various tasks efficiently.

Customer Interaction :

- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in-person and over the phone.

- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information.

Client Servicing :

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Qualifications :

Education : BCom graduate.

Experience : 2-4 years of experience in accounts or counter operations.

Language Skills : Proficient in English with clear and effective communication skills.

Computer Skills : Competent in operating computer systems and software.

Teamwork : Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
