Job Description :
The Editing Team makes sure the deliverables produced by the research teams are impactful and are of high quality from a content, language and grammar perspective. As a Copyeditor, you would be expected to review and edit content developed by our analysts in line with Frost & Sullivan standards.
Responsibilities :
- To check and correct errors in grammar, syntax, spelling, and punctuation.
- To check content for consistency, impose in-house style, and reword or rewrite text as required.
- To check and ensure that names, places, and organizations are spelled properly and that facts, dates, and statistics are accurate.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a copy editor in publishing/e-publishing company.
- Sharp analytical mind, with exposure to business topics and trends, superior copy editing competence, and willingness to work hard.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with unwavering attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time, perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- A graduate/Post graduate in English Literature/Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry/Microbiology.
