Responsibilities :

- Design and run marketing campaigns & advertisements to acquire customers through digital networks such as Google, Social media channels, Advertisement networks, etc.

- A/B Testing, measure the performance of CTAs and improve conversion rate consistently.

- Optimize and efficient use the monthly budget assigned across the digital marketing funnel.

- Work on the SEO and keyword strategy to ensure smoother app download and better company branding.

- Use marketing analytics tools to analyse & track the ROI & CAC for each marketing campaign.

- Prepare & share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports keeping track of campaigns.

- Keep attention to the updates of Google, and social media channel's algorithm updates.

- Collaborate with the design team to prepare clickbait /marketing collaterals required for running campaigns.

Key Qualifications :

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in using digital/social media to acquire B2C customers.

- Diploma/course in digital marketing/social media marketing preferred.

- Proficient in running paid advertising campaigns on Google, Social Media channels, Ad networks.

- Experience in working with a start-up/company

- Experience in generating leads and achieving long term sustainable growth.

- Impeccable communication skills.

- Eager to work individually and with a team in a growing start-up.

- EdTech company experience is a plus
