FrontRow - Manager - Paid Marketing (3-7 yrs)

FrontRow helps people master their passion, one course at a time. With the best mentors sharing how they do what they do best, we- ve designed online courses for creative arts (e.g. music, singing, writing, acting, rapping, photography) & sports & fitness (e.g. cricket, badminton, running).

We need an expert to strategize and execute paid marketing campaigns across all digital channels to acquire engaged users and drive revenue for all the courses available on FrontRow.

What needs to be done : 

- In depth understanding of Google/Facebook/Affiliate ad platforms - Customer audience capability, various types of campaigns and objectives, ability to understand what campaign suits better as per business objectives.

- Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning, creative communication and in-depth analysis of performance to drive optimization.

- Drive hands-on campaign setup, management and optimisation including A/B testing of targeting, creatives, landing pages and more to ensure CAC minimisation.

- Obsession around customer behaviour, customer segmentation and targeting to ensure sharp targeting of customers with relevant communication.

- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.

- Collaborate with tech, product, copywriters and designers to optimize creatives, campaigns, and landing pages, based on ROI targets.

- Hands on experience in extracting data from various tools in order to deep dive and analyse the performance drivers.

What you need to have : 

- 3-5 years of hands-on campaign and budget management experience with high growth consumer tech startups.

- Proven experience in running performance campaigns (CPC, CPA, CPT etc) across Google, FB, YouTube, Bing, affiliates, and others.

- Knowledge of Analytics, Attribution and Planning tools (e.g. Branch, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Clevertap, Webengage, DCM, etc.).

- Experience with tools including Google Adwords, Keyword tools, Google Analytics, FB Ads/Business Manager, YouTube Ads, DV360 and others.

- Experience running campaigns for direct online purchase products as well as those requiring manual sales/Tele-calling type products would be a huge plus.

- Exposure of running campaigns using 1st party and 3rd party data.

- Strong marketing mindset with problem solving skills.

- Experience running awareness/R&F campaigns across digital channels would be a big plus.
