As a Junior Acquisition Manager, it will be your job to create and implement digital marketing plans that help our business acquire new clients. To find and seize chances to boost customer acquisition and enhance marketing ROI, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from marketing, product, and data analytics.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Perform data analysis to find patterns, opportunities, and places where marketing performance may be enhanced.

- Work with internal teams to enhance conversion rates by optimizing landing sites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.

- Perform market research to stay current on developments in digital marketing technology and industry trends.

- Keep track of and report on important client acquisition metrics, such as CAC, ROI, and conversion rates.

- Assist with the creation of marketing budgets and forecasts to ensure effective resource allocation.

- Work together with product teams to make sure marketing and product initiatives are in sync.

- As required, collaborate with outside suppliers and partners to carry out campaigns and meet marketing goals.

Required Candidate profile:

- Bachelor's diploma

- 1-2 years of sales experience

- Excellent analytical abilities

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

- Working knowledge of marketing automation systems

- Google Analytics or other web analytics tools experience is desirable.
