Frontline Electromedical - Manager/Executive - Sales (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Seeking a professional to join our team as a Manager/Sales Executive . The role involves marketing and selling high-end medical equipment, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support to medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective strategies for marketing and selling medical equipment.
- Conduct product demonstrations in operation theaters to showcase features and benefits.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and instruction to medical personnel and advanced users.
- Ensure 100% customer retention through proactive relationship building and addressing customer needs.
- Lead and develop a team of Sales and Service Engineers.
- Independently manage the assigned territory, meeting monthly targets.
- Monitor and follow up on government tenders and related opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for tender proposal preparation.
Required Candidate Profile :
- Education : Graduate in BE/B.Tech/Electronics/Bio-Medical.
- Experience : 2-7 years in the Medical Devices/Equipment industry preferably in Laparoscopy/Urology/Gynaecology etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable attending operation theatres and interacting with surgeons.
- Good exposure of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Experience in Sales Support in Medical Devices/Medical Equipment.
- Should be comfortable to attend OT with different Surgeons/Doctors.
