Front Line Sales Role - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
- Candidates having 1 year+ experience in the field of Banca sales channel (Life Insurance) are eligible only
- Min Experience - 1 year as FLS Banca sales channel (Life Insurance) in West Bengal
- Freshers & students are not eligible
- Proficiency in English & local language is a must
- Min Education - Graduation
- Should be self-motivated, target oriented with a go-getter attitude
- Salary - upto 4 LPA (Depending upon last salary & experience)
- PF + Sales Incentive also available

- Building strong relationships with bank employees
- Lead Generation for Life Insurance
- Going to Sales/Customer Calls
- Product training & Motivating branch staff to achieve targets
- Regular follow-up until Sales Closure
