Front Line Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (3-5 yrs)
We have an urgent requirement for a candidate who is committed to driving sales and adept at managing a sales team and should demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills at all times as an Front Line Sales Manager.
Roles and Duties :
- Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Efficiently communicate with customers.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Ensure the achievement of the annual Operating Plan in terms of primary and secondary.
Who can apply :
- Between the age of 24 to 35
- Any Graduate
- Min 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in which 2 years of experience in life insurance
