Sales Support Executive
- SSE is responsible for obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details. Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. Noting important details of each conversation.
Position : 2 (English & Malayalam), 2 (English & Marathi/Hindi), 1 (English & Telugu)
Gender : Male/Female
Roles and responsibilities :
- Place phone calls to potential clients based on inquiries received by the company
- Through a set of questions, understand and evaluate the lead.
- Explain customer about the company and its services. Influence customers to buy solar by following a prepared sale - give service and product information
- Maintain records of the leads contacted and assign the potential leads to sales personnel through the CRM module.
Requirements :
- Should have good communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu.
- Advantage if they know - Marathi
- Qualification : Any Graduation
- Should be flexible to travel if required
