Social Media Manager (remote)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to drive our social media strategy, foster meaningful connections, and enhance our brand's online visibility.

Responsibilities :

Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing objectives, target audience, and brand identity.

Content Creation and Curation : Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including text, visuals, and videos, that resonate with our community and drive engagement.

Community Engagement : Foster a vibrant and inclusive online community by actively engaging with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, and encouraging meaningful interactions among community members.

Platform Management : Manage and maintain our presence on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube, ensuring consistent branding, timely updates, and effective use of platform-specific features.

Influencer Partnerships : Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators in the cryptocurrency and online rewards space to expand our reach and drive user acquisition.

Analytics and Reporting : Monitor social media metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, track audience growth, and identify areas for improvement.

Social Media Trends and Research : Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices, ensuring our social media efforts remain innovative and effective.

Crisis Management : Handle and resolve any potential issues or negative situations on social media platforms promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive brand image.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns and community engagement.

- Strong proficiency in English language skills, both written and verbal.

- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

- Excellent creativity and ability to think outside the box, while still aligning with brand guidelines.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide regular updates internally and externally.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proactive learner with a passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and tools.

- Experience in the cryptocurrency or rewards industry is a plus.

- Existing connections within the industry and excellent speaking skills are highly desirable.
