Responsibilities : 

1. Day-to-day customer support via chat and email involving pre-sales inquiries, order and payments processing, logistics escalation, etc.

2. Ensuring smooth order dispatching and timely delivery of shipments for buyers and sellers

3. Communicating with multiple logistics partners to resolve issues and improve performance

4. Processing reports from the community on products and users to build a healthy buy/sell environment

Requirements : 

- 0-4 years of work experience

- Attention to details

- Strong self discipline

- Able to communicate problems and issues with clarity

- Have a laptop/desktop to work from home with good wifi
