Job Description :

1. Responsible for day-to-day customer chat support

2. Handling products related queries and customer feedbacks

3. Order Processing to Order dispatching to the Customer.

4. Prepare reports on a weekly/monthly basis and submit to the Management

5. Communicating with logistics partners and arranging shipments

6. Responsible for follow up from start till dispatch and making sure for timely delivery of consignments.

Required Experience and Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree, or another related field 1 year of hands-on customer service, and/or operations experience

2. Team player with strong communication and organizational skills and strong attention to detail

3. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
