Position Summary:

This role is responsible for entrepreneurially managing the FREEDEEM's sales and marketing functions of the city with a broad spectrum of responsibilities that would include: Managing and matching the overall Premium client acquisition and sales targets, Increasing conversion rate and constant customer satisfaction rating, participating and innovating for marketing initiatives, managing, motivating and leading team members towards the common goal.

Job Description:

The Role of key account manager would be to entrepreneurially manage the city sales and marketing functions.

- Able to generate revenue and achieve targets of Premium Brand/Merchant on-boarding with exclusive offers and agreements.

- Understanding of promotional activities and getting lucrative offers and deals to be displayed.

- Able to negotiate and implement various deals /schemes with the brand/Merchant for maximum number of customer engagement and redemption.

- Assessing trends and recommending business opportunities.

- Maintain relations with on-boarded Brands/merchants. Should be able to manage execution plans for promotional events as per Brand/Merchant requirement.

- Able to make pre-planning of quarter activities & track the team performance and maximizing sales.

- Resolving grievances of Brand/Merchant and users on high priority with amicable solutions.

- Representing the FREEDEEM spirit and acting as brand ambassadors.

- Maintain quality and grow Brand/Merchants- network for various categories to achieve revenue targets.

- Appropriate command and coordination with the marketing team to run campaigns for the success of Brand/Merchant.

- Providing feedback and regular reporting to Reporting manager and Management.

- Able to demonstrate good leadership quality and should be a team player.

- Responsible for Overall city profitability

Skills & Experience Requirement:

- MBA Graduate OR Equivalent degree in sales and marketing.

- 3 to 5 yrs Experience in concept selling and promotion and advertising related Business Development.

- Must be innovative, enterprising, and dynamic.

- Delegate and authoritative.

- Influencing & selling with strategic acumen.

- Driving and enforcing.

- Must be neat, well-presented and must have a strong command over English and local languages
