Job description :

- We are looking for an Assistant Manager with a proven track record in Sales/Customer Management, to be a part of our growing Sales team. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing the sales performance of Debt Counsellors. Besides, you should also be able to assist with the development and implementation of effective sales strategies. As an Assistant Manager - Sales, you should be able to address any customer queries. Also, you will be responsible for setting monthly and yearly sales targets. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members daily. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas

- Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets

- Monitoring the performance of the sales team

- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales

- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions

- Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency

- Recruiting and training Debt Counselors

- Ensure adherence to policy/procedures governing the process

- Daily report generation and process compliance

- Analyzing the performance of the team members

- Preparing and setting monthly and weekly sales targets

- Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports

- Addressing any customer queries and complaints

- Keeping a track of KPIs

- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage

- Addressing ongoing training for team members

- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge

- Promoting the organization and Services.

- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products/services.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Knowledge of banking and financial industry preferred

- At least 6 years of work experience and a minimum of 3 years in a similar role

- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and CRM module

- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and power-point

- Excellent communication skills

- Team Management Skills

- Organizational and time-management skills

- Decision-making and Problem-solving Skills

- The position is based out of Gurgaon
