Do You Make The Cut? We are looking at a talented and driven Growth marketing executive who will be responsible for focusing on managing and executing our user operations. Someone who is good at working with large data sets, data analysis. This position is great if you are analytical and creative.

Title: Executive, User Growth 


Location: Gurgaon 


Experience: 1-4yrs. 


Education: Graduation from an accredited university/college. MBA in marketing/digital marketing/analytics will be an advantage but not necessary.

Responsibilities : 

- You will manage and execute campaigns for user acquisition, retention and cross sell to drive growth and maximize ROI. 


- You will lead campaigns from execution, tracking and reporting point of view to ensure the initiatives are driving relevant growth. 


- You will continuously test and optimize new channels for user growth. 


- Work cross-functionally with Business Development, engineering, design, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives. 


- Monitor, analyze and report KPIs to ensure growth initiative are driving profitable growth. 


 - You will be responsible for maintaining records for campaign performance, monthly communication calendar etc. 


 - You will be responsible for presenting data and conclusions to team to help the team in better decision making and further strategy.

- 1-4 years of hands on experience in campaign management, data analytics, user growth, digital marketing, or marketing management role. 


- Should have strong quantitative acumen to interpret data. 


- Should have good planning and operational skills to ensure seamless execution across departments. 


- Champion metrics driven analysis and decision making throughout the organization. 


- Understanding of funnel optimization 


 - Having a creative bent of mind and target audience understanding, with the ability to generate ideas that deliver business KPIs 


- Excellent data interpretation and visualization skills. 


- Good data analytics skills 


 - Master in MS Excel & SQL 


- Knowledge of tools like adobe analytics, adobe campaign, google analytics, firebase will be an added advantage 


- Cross-functional team management skills to liaison with both external agencies and internal stakeholders 


- Understanding of digital & mobile ecosystem is necessary. Experience from similar industry is welcome. 


- Experience of working in unstructured environment and entrepreneurial in nature 


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 


- Action-oriented and energetic, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving and driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
