Franolaxy Consulting - Sales Coordinator (3-5 yrs)
Job description :
- Documentation, Prepare Customer Data Bank, Sales Reports,
- Payment Follow Up, Prepare Sales Order, Sales Performa Invoice, Prepare Quotations, Support to Sales Team
- Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback
- Conducting customer satisfaction Index & post sales activities
- Building strong, collaborative relationships and takes ownership of key initiatives across business levels and functions
- Should have a positive attitude, be assertive,enthusiastic, self motivator, strong negotiation and problem solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage sales pipeline effectively.
- Should be a good listener and effective English communication with convincing skills over a call.
- Driving the follows ups and regular interactions with the clients.
- Manage and update client database on a regular basis & also aggressively follow-up.
- Strong Cold Calling and Prospecting Skills on the phone and in person
Required Candidate profile :
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive ability and tenacity.
- Customer service orientation.
- Possess initiative and team spirit.
- Enthusiastic, with positive attitude.
- Minimum 3 yrs of experience, MBA shall be preferred
